The TV remotes in both the lounge and our room were useless, so we couldn't change channels. The bathroom wasn't clean either: long hairs were in the shower, bathroom, and toilet. We had asked for a double room but got a single, and the confirmation didn't clearly say the booking had been changed. Check-in was another mess. Nobody was at reception, the automated system failed, and the help line took about 30 minutes to call back and sort it out. We were extremely disappointed.

The missing breakfast was the main problem. We booked a one-night stay over Christmas specifically with breakfast included, since supermarkets and other places were closed. At A2, we found a piece of paper saying breakfast was temporarily unavailable, with a refund of 5 euros per person. That 5 euros is a cost price, while we paid the market price for a room with breakfast. They should have marked the breakfast issue on the website beforehand so we could know what to expect.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Szandra. The rooms have simple, modern furnishings, and breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was basic, but not bad for 5€. The hotel was clean and the bed was semi comfortable. On my second day, the room light stopped working because of an issue with the card slot. With nobody at reception and no answer from the helpline, it was quite complicated to get someone to fix it.

2023/11/15 Free parking in the garage in the basement made things easy, and I could walk upstairs to my room. The room and shower were small, and so was breakfast. After 20:00 you have to use self check-in, and a credit card is needed as backup.
