10/10
The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of vegetarian options and lots of juices, milk, tea, coffee, other drinks, bread, and fruit. The staff were very nice and cooperative. The hotel is right across from Bremen’s main train station. The property is well maintained and, although the sign says it’s very old, the comfort and updated facilities don’t make it feel that way. Bathroom amenities are basic, with hand wash and body wash, but dental or shaving kits are available if you ask, and they bring them quickly. A great experience overall.

The room was clean and nicely presented, with a large bathroom and a heated towel rack that was welcome in winter. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes from Bremen Central Station. We arrived well before the 3:00pm check-in time, and the woman at reception, whose name I didn’t get, greeted us warmly and stored our luggage without any fuss. She was attentive and friendly. Thank you so much for the excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The fitness area smelled weird, and the rooms were freezing. The air conditioner had to run noisily. The staff weren’t there to make us feel comfortable, and couldn’t help with anything, not even questions about parking or places to visit. Everything about the hotel was extremely bad. I’d stay away from this place. I was so cold I thought I’d die, and I can’t imagine trying to shower. Our holiday became a nightmare here, though deciding to leave was the best decision we made. 😢

The hotel has a pool and saunas, which were a nice way to relax during the day. My room was spacious and had a beautiful view, and everything felt clean and high quality. I really enjoyed the breakfast, with its large selection of tasty food. It’s also conveniently located near the main station. I’m happy with my stay and recommend it.

The sauna and pool were pleasant, though some of the furnishings looked a little dated. Breakfast was good but overpriced, and the hotel felt like a 3-star place charging 4-star prices.
