I spent about ten months living here in 2015 and 2016 and can definitely recommend it. It's a quiet neighborhood, with a few bars and takeaways just a few hundred meters away. Banks, bakeries, little shops, and supermarkets are a bit farther out, but still an easy walk. For larger shops and designer brands, the tram into the city center is less than a five-minute walk away. It's good quality, so it's not a budget place. I'll do my best to book it again next time I'm in Bremen. Book ahead, though, because it fills up quickly.

I'm living here now and would absolutely recommend it. The apartment is fully equipped to a very high standard, exceptionally clean, and close to everything. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, and you can walk to all the amenities. It feels like home away from home. I couldn't fault it.
