The location is excellent, with the city center, train station, and park all within easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious and elaborately designed, with ornate details and high ceilings. The owner is warm and charismatic. I had a good stay and would come back.

Tom was a very nice landlord, and we felt at home in these clean, tastefully furnished apartments. We didn't lack for anything, and a free upgrade made our stay even better. We saw all the apartments and were truly impressed. I can't agree with the negative reviews about the furnishings or anything else. We were completely comfortable, so Uncle Tom's Cabin gets five stars from me, and we'll definitely book with Tom again.

The apartments are well maintained, bright, welcoming, quiet, and luxuriously furnished, with high ceilings. Service was very customer-friendly, and the price was fair. From the unbeatable central location in Bremen, the city's attractions are easy to reach, with excellent transport connections. Highly recommended.

Tom gave me a warm welcome at Haus Sonnenschein. I felt very comfortable in the beautifully furnished apartments, set in a historic building with high ceilings. The value for money was excellent, and I'm looking forward to staying with him again on my next trip to Bremen.

I had a completely different experience from the negative reviews and can't understand them. The apartment was fantastic and so well located, and the landlord was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The rooftop terrace is a dream, and I loved the basement bar. I can highly recommend this place.
