The hotel is neat and clean, the staff are pleasant, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. There was no kettle in the room, even though cups, coffee, tea, and sugar were provided. Tea and coffee are available in the breakfast area, and new kettles have been ordered. The heating thermostat didn't work at first, but it's working now.
10/10
Everyone at the hotel was so helpful, and we were even allowed to check in early with our infant son. Breakfast was complimentary each day and really tasty. They also kept our suitcases after checkout and let us have a coffee while waiting for our flight. The location was excellent: we could walk to the airport, and the tram into the city came every 10 minutes. I'd highly recommend the hotel and staff.
8/10
The bedding and bathroom were clean, and breakfast had plenty to choose from: salamis, cheeses, cereals, fresh buns, coffee, and tea. We stayed one night and were very pleased with that part. Booking.com says there's on-site parking, which sounded great, but doesn't mention that it costs €25 per night and has to be paid in cash. The hotel had no cash point, and the nearest ATM was at Terminal 1 in the airport. We had to drive there in the middle of the night to get cash for parking. Seriously?
8/10
It was very quiet despite being close to the airport, and the location was good for the price. The staff were nice and breakfast was fine. The fitness room, though, is a joke.
6/10
The renovated bathroom photos don't show every room. Ours was old and in rough shape. The front desk staff were rude and complained that we'd booked at the last minute, which seems like a strange attitude for an airport hotel.
