There are places to eat in the neighborhood, and Bremen’s old town is within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and airy the rooms felt and how friendly the staff were.

The staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Chin-Hwa, though I hope I’ve got the spelling right. It sounds like Kino. I spent a week here and would happily return. Based on my experience, I’d rate it 3 stars. Apartment 205 was spacious and welcoming, with decent furniture, a working kitchen and all the utensils, plus a huge terrace. The Wi-Fi was very fast. There’s private parking for €9 a night, and breakfast is served in a dedicated room for €15-20.

The room was clean and, like the rest of the hotel, very well maintained. It’s a quiet place in a convenient spot across the river from the Altstadt, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
