The beds were excellent, and the place was quiet enough to really unwind. It was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. There’s free parking out front and a private entrance. Just note that the path down to the basement apartment slopes a little. The hostess was friendly.

We spent sunny days relaxing in the lovely garden, which makes this little holiday apartment feel especially cute. The hosts were so welcoming and happy to help. Bad Staffelstein’s thermal baths and spa gardens are nearby, and there are nice hiking spots in the surrounding area.

We knew Eggenbach was a small village and that we'd need the car to get bread rolls, so the quieter, slightly secluded setting suited us. Adelheid welcomed us warmly during our long weekend, with coffee and a piece of cake when we arrived. The apartment works well for 2-3 people, with a great layout and all the things you'd need, plus extras. There were books and games, tea, coffee and spices, and the bathroom was well stocked too. The furnishings are a little dated, but everything worked properly. You can tell the owners have years of experience and enjoy renting the place out. A welcoming choice if you want somewhere a bit tucked away.

Mrs. Brüggemann greeted us warmly, then gave us an orientation and offered coffee and cake. The apartment feels very cozy and has what you need for everyday life.
