The wellness area had plenty of space to relax, read, or sleep between saunas, and the restaurant's salad buffet was great. We enjoyed the five-course dinners, though we ended up with digestion issues and I don't know why. Maybe German coffee was a factor. The sky was clear and the Alps looked amazing. Reception staff were very friendly and motivated; the restaurant staff seemed a bit more junior, but were still good. It was a great experience, and we're likely to come back in the next few years.

The pool, relaxation rooms, and different saunas were exactly what I needed to unwind, and there was a nice gym on the top floor. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a balcony and a lovely view of the rolling hills and mountains. I hadn't expected the balcony. We had a very good dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and the staff were very nice. A truly wonderful stay, 100% recommend.

Both restaurants served delicious food, and the staff were kind. The hotel itself looks good, and the place and garden, which also works as a terrace, are beautiful. We had a good welcome, but I was disappointed that we had to carry our own luggage to the room. For a 4 star hotel, that wasn't what I expected, though it was a small letdown. A bigger one was having no mini bar because of climate awareness. I think guests should be able to make that choice themselves.

The rooftop bar is out of this world, with a great selection of drinks and stunning views of the Alps. We'll definitely come back for the spa package next time. Enjoy! 🤙🏻

Francesca deserves a special thank you. Wherever she was working, she was incredibly kind and helpful, and everyone in our group felt the same. We had a joyous family occasion here, my daughter's wedding, and the wedding food was delicious. Service wasn't always great, though. On both nights we were there, the Sky bar didn't have enough staff and queues stretched into the corridor. Even so, it was a good experience overall.
