INNSiDE by Meliá Bremen

I'm just trying to get reimbursed by my company, but I can't do that without an invoice. I asked the hotel to email it, then called five times and still got nothing. On my first call, the person left me on hold indefinitely. The second time they said they'd send it, but wouldn't do it while I was on the phone. Now they won't even take my calls. This is extremely poor service for no apparent reason and incredibly frustrating, especially since these international calls cost me extra.

The room was very nice 👌 The bathroom has a slightly old design 😀, but it's okay. I don't think it's worth paying extra for a river-side room.

The restaurant food wasn't very good, and breakfast in the morning was poor too. The room had hardly any chairs and no AC. It was a bad experience, and in my view this hotel doesn't deserve four stars.

The room was quiet and clean, but I still won't be back. On the first night I arrived late and went to the restaurant at 8:55 pm hungry. The receptionist said orders were taken until 9, but the kitchen was already cleaned. The waitress said there were chips at the bar, and most restaurants in the mall were closed by then. The room heating was switched off. Once I opened the radiator valve, I understood why: the heating fluid circulating through it was too noisy. My first-floor room was right above the hotel entrance, where guests went to smoke and "get some fresh air." Fantastic. In the morning, a police car was outside to observe a violation involving a car parked right in front of the hotel. Its rear window was broken. On the second evening, the restaurant was closed for lack of staff. The area around the hotel felt grim, so I ordered through Lieferando, a very German app, but the prices were insane, with a crazy €50 minimum order for one person.
