The rooms were clean but not very spacious, and there was no refrigerator or kettle. The location worked well enough for us with a car. There are a few outdoor parking spots, but not enough; the underground garage is available for 12€ a day using your room code after payment. Our first interaction was poor. We arrived early and wanted to let reception know we were waiting in case the room was ready. Two female staff members looked surprised when we spoke English and answered in German. We couldn’t understand them, and they didn’t try to help us communicate, unlike staff at other hotels. It felt like a bad way to treat guests. They also didn’t tell us where we could wait, so we had to go back out into the rain with our heavy luggage and return later. When we came back, a male receptionist was very helpful.

Really bad experience. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and this place isn’t suitable for babies, small children, or families. They don’t have cribs, and they wouldn’t provide extra pillows or blankets, even for an extra charge. I paid for a better room and lost the money and a night of my reservation. I could say more, but I just recommend not staying here.

The breakfast had cereal, cold cuts, bread rolls, toast, fruit juice, coffee, and tea. The hotel uses automated check-in, and the staff we met were friendly. It was clean overall and a good place to stay for an affordable price. Wi-Fi worked well enough for us to watch sports on our phones, and screen sharing on the TV let me connect my phone to a bigger screen.

We found free public parking about 100 meters from the entrance, and there’s also a paid underground garage. Getting around by car was convenient. The historic centre was about a 20-minute walk, which suited us, and there are bus and metro stops nearby. It’s a simple, modern, very clean hotel at an affordable price, with online check-in and no need to check out. The rooms are quite small and have no wardrobes, but that didn’t matter for our one-night stay.

The breakfast wasn’t worth the price. You can spend much less at the bakery behind the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms aren’t cleaned unless you specifically ask, and I asked twice, in person and through the website. When I got back in the evening, it still hadn’t been cleaned.
