Motel 24h Bremen Ost

Everything was clean and tidy, and it’s handy for the autobahn and the Burger King next door. Don’t expect much from the rooms or the location, but for this price they’re fair. If you need an affordable place to sleep, it works. For a holiday in Bremen or a stay of a few nights, maybe it’s not the right spot.

The location wasn’t very practical for visiting Bremen, since the motel is outside the city and about 30 minutes away by tram, though there is a stop nearby. We paid 44€ after booking in advance, and felt completely ripped off. To me it’s worth 15€ at most, on a good day. The staff was just one guy, and he was acceptable. As for breakfast, I couldn’t see where it was. Even if it’s offered, I’d think twice about eating it. The room was filthy. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in years, there was a huge dead bug beside the bed, and checking under the sheets was a nasty surprise. There were differently colored dirty marks on the towels by the window too. The WC was alright after seeing the room, but I wasn’t sure about the shower. We’re students on a budget with low standards, and Motel 24h Bremen still managed to fall short.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a quiet, safe place. I could get in easily from the main road with my truck. Parking was free, and Burger King was just a few steps away.

Cheap and decent for the price. The shower and toilet are shared, though there’s a sink in the room, and parking is included. I think there was no air conditioning, but thankfully it wasn’t a hot day when I stayed. I’d recommend it.
