At least the place looks decent, but it was overpriced. The bathroom had a funky smell, the Wi-Fi was very unreliable, and a couple of staff members had what felt like a second-class attitude. They needed to be friendlier and more courteous. I always look for a reason to tip, but this stay made that hard. I ended up staying at my friend’s home for the rest of the business trip. I hate writing bad reviews, but I definitely won’t recommend this place to colleagues or business associates.

The room wasn’t much to look at: the trouser press was broken, and the shower barely worked. Still, the guy at check-in was great, with useful tips about the city, and we really liked his service. I’d suggest this hotel if you want something affordable and convenient, but not if you’re after luxury.

The room was excellent and clean, and the staff were really friendly. They also spoke English, which was helpful since I speak little to no German. It’s in a great spot, close to the main train station, with the tram stop just around the corner. I’d recommend staying here.

A great spot right in the center, with nice rooms, a powerful shower, and very helpful staff. Parking is available in the lot around the corner for a few euros a day.

The receptionist was so courteous, and the room was big, bright, and very clean. I stayed last night and was impressed. I’ll stay here again. Keep it up :)
