Check-in took an extremely long time, and the room smelled of stagnant water. Cleaning was incomplete, too: the toilet brush had been left in the toilet, and it smelled bad. I wouldn't recommend it.

2/10
I left with a bad impression and wouldn't recommend the hotel to travelers expecting fair, professional service. When I went out to smoke or get food, staff repeatedly asked if I even had a room when I came back. The person ahead of me, who seemed local, wasn't questioned at all. I felt unwelcome from the start, and it seemed that staff treated guests differently based on whether they looked local. That double standard felt disrespectful and discriminatory. Guests should be treated with courtesy regardless of appearance or nationality.

The room was really nice, and the staff were easy to talk to and very kind. We also got a free upgrade. The car lift was a nice experience. I'd book again if we come back to Bremen.

We had a lovely short stay, with warm, attentive service. The spacious, clean room had a little kitchen, a large fridge, tea, an espresso machine, and cutlery. We were near the fun fair, with easy access to public transport, and enjoyed the sauna and relaxation room.

8/10
Our room was spacious and clean, and the kitchenette with basic cutlery came in handy. The staff were very accommodating, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bremen Hbf is directly across the road, which made local and international trains easy to reach. You can take the tram into the center or walk if you prefer.
