Appartementanlage Katharina

Everything was easy to reach on foot, including the harbor, restaurants, and grocery store, and the area was really quiet. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed. An oven would’ve been nice, but we managed without one. I can’t think of anything else negative.

The neighborhood and location were very good, and parking was never a problem for us. Still, I wouldn’t recommend the place. The kitchen was poorly equipped: no extractor hood or oven, a fridge without a freezer, and the frying pan didn’t work on the stove, as shown in the video I uploaded. The internet worked only when it felt like it. We had just two garbage bags for 10 days, and our towels and sheets were never changed. When I called to report these problems, they tried to brush me off with various silly excuses.

The fishing harbor and museum harbor are both an easy walk away. The rooms were clean, and there was parking nearby. It was fairly quiet, though the police station is across the street and there were the usual big-city neighbors.

There’s no parking, and it’s hard to even find reception because it isn’t signposted. The staff were very unfriendly.
