The location is the one real plus, it’s very good. The apartment itself felt neglected, and I got the impression that since the high-rise needs renovation, the landlord isn’t interested in doing anything here. The bathroom tiles were broken, the living room heating didn’t work in November, and there was just one chair. The other one was in the cupboard, missing a leg. For lighting, there was only one floor lamp; the uplighter was broken and only the reading light worked. The kitchen had a single-burner induction hob, so making something like spaghetti Bolognese wasn’t possible. When I arrived, the pan still had grease from the previous guest and there was stale bread in the cupboard. They took care of it after I complained. The balcony couldn’t be used because it was in such a run-down state.
