We found the apartment spacious, clean and tastefully furnished, almost like new. The kitchen had enough room for us to cook properly for the children. We parked in the large lot about 50 metres from the front door. We spent three days visiting PhantasiaLand in Brühl, and had a great experience overall.

Completely unreliable! We'd arranged things in advance, but nobody answered the phone that evening as agreed. I waited from 7:45 pm until 8:30 pm, then had to find a different hotel. I still haven't had a call back. Outrageous! 😡😡😡😡😡😡
