The apartment was spacious, almost like a little flat, and had a kitchen with what we needed to cook or heat food, plus a dining table, wardrobe, big bed, and balcony. It was simple, modern, clean, and comfortable. The underground garage was tidy and felt secure. We stayed two nights for Phantasialand, which is just a 5-10 minute drive away. We came by car, so I can't say how public transport is. The bathroom, and especially the apartment, could use better ventilation. Also, the bathroom window wasn't fully frosted, so the taller building opposite could see inside. We hung a towel over it for some privacy. Still, it's a very good option if you're looking to stay near Phantasialand and Bruhl.

I spent four days here for work in a room with a kitchen. It was well equipped, with plenty of utensils, a fast electric hob, toaster, oven, fridge, and iron. The cleaning service was good too. The place is a bit away from the main areas, and the nearest supermarkets are about a kilometer away. There wasn't any heating in the bathroom.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and roomy, so they work well for either a short visit or a longer stay. The city center isn't too far away. I'd recommend staying here.

The apartment was bright, with a lovely cozy balcony, and everything was clean and quiet. The shower pressure was incredible. Staff were great and always ready to help if anything came up.

We came from the UK for one night, and everything was great. The hotel was clean and modern, and everyone was super friendly. It's in a perfect spot, easy to find, and has underground parking. We'd love to come back.
