The place has potential, but the clutter and dirt were truly unacceptable. We booked the large common room and adjoining kitchen for €70 a day so our group could spend time together. Before we could settle in and eat, we had to clean and tidy: the kitchen was packed, had expired food and dirty dishes, and the disgusting fridge was half full of someone else's food. I attached a picture of a lid by the sink, and we really didn't want to know how long it had been there. I spent New Year's Eve with a group in a Finnish log cabin, sleeping in apartment C. The bed's springs pressed into my ribs, and the room was so cramped I could barely turn around. Like the rest of the house, it was stuffed with things. Opening the skylights to air it out sent dead insects falling onto the bed, and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. The heating and hot water worked only now and then, and the electric heaters kept tripping the circuit breaker. It's a real shame, and I hope the hosts take this to heart.

There are forests and meadows around the summer houses, but no shops nearby. At a time of year when summer weather is poor, not every room has heating. In some rooms you can use electric heaters while you're home, but it's worrying to leave one running if someone will be away for half a day.

The cooking area was greasy and sticky, with dust everywhere. The rooms were generally unclean, the shower had mold, and there were obvious semen stains on our sofa.
