The only thing that bothered me was the notice asking guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy. You’d think that would be obvious, but some people are inconsiderate. If everyone treated a holiday rental a bit like their own home, a sign like that wouldn’t be needed, and maybe everything wouldn’t keep getting more expensive. Otherwise, it’s a small, wonderfully cozy place with everything you need, and the landlady was lovely. We feel very comfortable here and highly recommend it. We’ll definitely return.

We found this guesthouse while searching for somewhere to stay for a few nights on our first trip to Büsum. The small apartment had a lovely feel and was equipped just right for us, with a balcony looking out over small harbor basin No. 1. It was exceptionally clean, and we’ve rarely stayed in rooms this good, even at 3- or 4-star hotels. The Rübcke family were incredibly friendly, and you can tell this young family really cares about both the guesthouse and its visitors. Thank you, dear Rübcke family, for a wonderful few days in Büsum. We’d be glad to come back sometime. Best wishes from Fulda!

The landlady was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is nicely furnished, spotless, and sits just behind the dike with a lovely view. A great place to unwind and enjoy a holiday.

We’re already looking forward to another stay, and of course we’ll be back several times in 2024. The landlady is really nice, and the apartment is clean and tidy as always. Best wishes, Jan and Gita.
