We go back every year because the apartments are so comfortable, clean, and cozy. Mr. Franzen is a friendly landlord and offers useful excursion tips. The free ticket for local buses and trains is a lovely extra.

Everything was just right from beginning to end, and the apartments are especially good if you're travelling with dogs 😊 We had a lovely stay, Mr. Franzen, and the four of us from Einbeck would be happy to stay with you again next time we're in Bullay.

We spent three nights at the holiday home and were welcomed so warmly. The large balcony looks out over Lindenplatz, and the apartment itself made us say "Wow" as soon as we walked in. It was modern and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and a really nice bathroom. We'd happily recommend it and expect to stay here again.

The landlord was friendly, and the place felt modern and very clean. Restaurants and the Moselle River are only a few minutes away on foot, which makes the location really convenient.

From the start it felt like home. The apartments are spotless, beautifully furnished, and have everything you need, with a luxurious touch. The landlord is so friendly and the service is excellent. Highly recommended, nothing to complain about.
