Hotel Celler Hof

Parking was good, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was nice, with a great view of the town. Fantastic hotel, I'd stay again!

We arrived in the evening and parked right across from the Hotel. Just be careful: the local sheriff starts checking cars at 9 AM and gives tickets if your parking ticket doesn't start then. Check-in was quick and easy. The location is right in the center, and we sat outside with a beer watching city life. The room was on the small side, but the bed was OK; the bathroom was big enough and had what we needed. I couldn't find any AC, so in summer I had to sleep with the window wide open and use the little fan they provide. Breakfast had a great range of choices, and you can sit outside by the road with your coffee. Worth staying if you want to explore the city.

The hotel isn't the newest or trendiest, and the missing Wi-Fi cost it a star for me. Still, the people and the service make it worth staying here. The staff are absolutely the best, and it's a very nice area too. Breakfast is good, better than the usual German standard. I'll come back just because of the great staff.

Parking is limited, though there's a garage you can book, and some rooms have better views than others. We stayed two weeknights; the place was clean and tidy and served breakfast. There are nice spots to eat and drink nearby. The bottle bank was emptied at 5 a.m., then the church bells started at 6. If you're getting up early, that's not so bad. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
