The team were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, and the whole place had a calm, thoughtfully designed feel. I was thrilled with my stay. I'd happily come back and recommend the hotel to anyone.

Right in the old town beside the French Garden, this small, charming hotel has a hard-to-beat location. Everything is an easy walk away. The place is consistently very clean, which makes it feel welcoming right away. The staff member on site deserves a special mention for being so attentive, friendly, and ready to help.

The location is ideal, with a supermarket and bakery right outside and everything else just a few minutes on foot. The rooms are clean and nice, though a little small. You get in with a PIN code. One thing to know: shower in the evening, because the water turns cold when all the guests want to use it.

The heating wasn't working properly, but they dealt with it straight away and fixed it quickly. The hotel is a lovely little place close to Celle's old town, with large, clean rooms and attractive furnishings.
