Apartments Irena Burkert

We found a dirty shower with soap residue and hair left by previous guests, and a sofa that was stained and disgusting. The kitchen outlet was very loose and dangerous, with the wiring left exposed. The listing also promised a washing machine, but there wasn’t one. We booked the apartment on the 1st floor (ground floor) but were given one on the 2nd floor (ground floor). My mother was with us and uses crutches. On top of that, the courtyard had no free parking in the evening, despite what the description said. When we raised this with the landlady, she said, "Well, that's just bad luck, someone else parks there and you'll have to find a public parking space." Any time you bring up a problem, she immediately cuts off the conversation.
