We were thrilled with our weekend here. The apartment was fantastic, beautifully furnished with tasteful, high-quality pieces, and spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, and other things were provided, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The landlord was easy to communicate with, and everything went smoothly. It's a quiet place on the edge of the city, with shops nearby and a bakery right across the street. One of the nicest places to stay in Chemnitz. We'd happily return.

I spent a few days here while attending a seminar. Everything went smoothly, from the great communication with the landlord to the stay itself. The place was fantastic, very well equipped, and spotless. I'd definitely stay again.

The mini-apartments are very clean and have everything you need for a few days. The landlord was friendly, and there's a bakery and some shops nearby. Parking is available on site. It's a very quiet location, which also means there's not a lot happening around it.

Even though it's close to a main road, the apartment is quiet, with parking right at the building. It's modern and clean, and everything you need is there and works well. The price for what you get is excellent. We'll stay again if we're in the area.

The contactless service still covered all my needs and requests, and information came through quickly and accurately. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and a great place to unwind. I was still talking about how much I liked it long after my stay. Definitely recommend it.
