FULL HOUSE Studios - Rosenhof Apartments

I felt very comfortable during my three nights in an apartment in Chemnitz and would happily return. It was clean and had almost everything I needed. A bathrobe and basic slippers would've been a nice extra, but that's a small thing. The shower temperature was tricky to set and kept swinging from too hot to too cold, so that could use some work. The shower head pole was loose enough to fly out at me, one sink leg was loose, and the curtains were attached rather haphazardly. With my temper, I worried they might pop out at me too 😅. Still, none of that was a deal-breaker. Top-notch, no points off, and highly recommended 👌. Best regards.

It was easy to reach and in a great location, with basic IKEA furnishings, and it is possible to have a good time there. But for four nights, the place designed for six people only had six small guest towels, with too few garbage bags and too little toilet paper. Pistachio shells from the previous occupants were still in the living room carpet. The dishwasher was broken, smelled terrible, and couldn't be used. It's not the room's fault that people may have a good time here.

Right by the market, so stepping outside puts you in the middle of the city with shops close by. Check-in was simple after the clear instructions, and customer service was friendly, reliable, and easy to reach. The modern apartment is very well equipped for either a short or long stay. We had everything we needed, plus free Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. We'd love to come back :)
