The sauna on the 15th floor would have been a highlight, but it was closed for the Christmas holidays because of a staff shortage. The hotel was badly managed. There was no fridge or kettle in the room, and when we asked for an extra pillow, there weren’t any. For a 4-star hotel, that’s poor. Breakfast was okay, though I think it should be included in the room price. The PC by the lounge entrance on the ground floor looked like something from the 90s, and the bar opposite reception was pretty useless in my opinion.

The breakfast choices were great, the location was nice, and the staff were friendly. Just be aware that not every room has A/C, and ours got really hot during the day.

My Deluxe room was spacious and very clean, and I wouldn’t call the hotel expensive. Breakfast had a decent range, though the room where it was served felt really crowded. A lovely hotel.

The personnel were nice, and breakfast was tasty. A/C is only available in some rooms, which was an issue in the hot weather. Luckily, I could open the windows at night.

Breakfast was great. The receptionist working in the morning was very unfriendly and made me feel like I was a nuisance. I was tired, so I stayed anyway.
