Apartments im Gerberhaus

Matthäus was friendly and easy to reach, and we had a wonderful stay at the Gerberhaus. It's the nicest holiday apartment we've stayed in, bright and clean, with everything we needed. Even the little Jura coffee machine came with coffee to refill it, plus there were three welcome drinks, a small tea bar and a TV in every room. Our daughter was thrilled to find one in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedroom stayed surprisingly quiet despite being right in the city center. If you're in Coburg, stay here!

We had a nice time in this beautiful apartment, and the location and amenities were good. A few things were irritating, though: the Wi-Fi cut out several times, even if it came back after a few minutes, and the bedroom lights sometimes took several minutes to come on, leaving us in the dark in the evening. 😂 On departure day, the cleaning lady suddenly came to the door at 10:30 a.m. Checkout was at 11, and we'd already packed and were sitting on our bags. Even so, she rather rudely told us checkout was at 11. It was 10:35 a.m. An unpleasant moment during an otherwise really nice stay.

I'm absolutely in love with the Gerberhaus apartment. It's beautiful, really well located, and full of thoughtful details with comprehensive amenities. Matthäus is an incredibly kind host, and his concept is fantastic. If you're heading to Coburg and get the chance to stay here, take it. Thanks so much for a wonderful time.

We felt at home from the very first moment, even though we were away from home. Matthäus was outstandingly hospitable and made all our wishes come true, including special requests and concessions. He was always reachable by phone when we had questions. The cleanliness and high-quality furnishings were impeccable, and the attention to detail was lovely. Thanks to the central location, both the parking garage and city center are an easy walk away. Many thanks for a wonderful stay at the Gerberhaus. We wish the whole team and their families a Happy New Year!
