I had trouble with the reception service. We arrived around 8 pm and waited about 20 minutes before anyone showed up. The man eventually came over from the bar, so it seemed they might be understaffed. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, almost as if the building had been converted from another use. The underground parking is large and handy if you're stopping near the highway, but costs 12 euro. On level -1, stairs connect to the lobby, which is awkward with a heavy suitcase, especially with the narrow corridor and doors that close by themselves. You can reach the elevator from -2 and -3, though the ramps are so narrow you have to be very careful not to scratch your car. The elevator button on -3 didn't work, and the whole area smelled moldy.

Breakfast was a highlight: plenty of hot and cold choices, great food, and the buffet was replenished regularly. Mark greeted me at check-in and was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and roomy, with a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV and modern bathroom. Wi-Fi was free and worked reliably. The hotel is near the Coburg Fairgrounds and a walk from the historic center, with public transport nearby for getting around. Its underground parking was spacious and easy to use for both small and large cars. I was pleasantly surprised by the stay and would recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable, convenient base. I'd consider staying here again when I'm in the area.

The lobby and breakfast area felt cozy, with a nice mix of colors. Our Lounge room was spacious at 30sqm, and it had the amenities you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. The hotel is a pleasant place not too far from Coburg town center. Parking in the underground garage costs 12 EUR per night. I'd gladly stay here again if I visit Coburg.

The staff were really friendly, and the hotel was quiet. The old town is nearby, around a 20 minute walk, and Brose is just across the road. There's a garage for 12 euros a night, and breakfast costs 15 euros per person per day. A great place to stay in Coburg, whatever brings you there.

The room was roomy and peaceful, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly. They even let us move our non-refundable booking to a later date when we got ill. We also liked being able to "adopt" a plant for the stay. I would've appreciated a fitness room. The underground parking fee is a bit annoying since there's no street parking near the hotel.
