Haus Aladin

Evenings on the balcony were a lovely way to take in the old town, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably. Haus Aladin is also just a few minutes on foot from the town centre and Cochem Castle. The room was spotless and cozy, with the little details taken care of, and I had everything I needed in the kitchen to make breakfast myself. From check-in, the hosts were attentive and friendly. They shared plenty of useful ideas for places to visit and things to see in Cochem, and it was clear they wanted guests to feel at home. For me, the stay had the right mix of comfort, warmth, and convenience. I loved it and will definitely return.

Just a few minutes away, Reichsburg Castle rises over the city, while the Moselle River glitters in the sun and picturesque motor ships drift along it. The Sesselbahn takes you up to a viewpoint with sweeping views over Cochem’s old streets and charming rooftops. Haus Aladin itself feels wonderfully cozy, with a clean, stylish room planned down to the smallest detail. The hosts greet you like old friends and offer advice to make your stay memorable. It’s a place that makes you want to pause, soak up Cochem’s history and beauty, and come back again.

We had a great week and there’s loads to discover nearby. Our apartment had a balcony looking over the stream with the fish. See you next year!
