Our outdoor graduation plans had to move inside because of the weather, and the staff handled the change and all the details so well. Dinner was a lovely buffet of traditional German dishes, with attentive wait staff throughout. Burg Colmberg is beautifully preserved, and the views from the castle are stunning. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Our son loved walking along the wall and pretending to guard it, and the playground was a hit too. We had a relaxing family weekend in the Tower Suite while visiting Germany from the US. The historic rooms have been updated, and the meals and service were great. We also really liked the Castle beer. It's close to Rothenberg and was on our way to the next stop. Recommend it!

The restaurant was both good quality and affordable, and the castle's location is impressive. My room was a bit smaller than I expected, but the service was great and I'd definitely stay again.

The castle grounds are lovely, and the renovated rooms had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the nearest bus stop in Colmberg. The hotel staff were nice and helpful.
