The room was huge and the bed really comfortable, and the owner was so kind. There’s free coffee whenever you want, and it’s only a five-minute walk from Cologne Cathedral, close to everything. The bathroom was a little rusty, but that makes sense for the price. I loved it!

The hotel was so kind about letting us leave our luggage for free. After our train was canceled, they also let us rest in the lounge for a while even though we’d already checked out. I’m really grateful for their service. It was my best hotel experience in Germany.

It’s very close to the main station, so it’s easy to get anywhere. The receptionist was kind and thoughtful, helped us with our suitcases, and gave us some local guidance.

The rooms were clean and big, and the staff were helpful. They provide what you need, including free coffee, water and Orange juice. I always prefer places like this 🙏 It was really close to Dom cathedral too.

The refurbished rooms are great, and the location is ideal, very close to the station and cathedral. Service was excellent, especially from Berk at the front desk, who was very helpful and went out of his way to make my stay good. There’s free tea and coffee, plus luggage storage.
