Hotel am Chlodwigplatz

The location is central and well connected, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and I felt very comfortable in both rooms I tried. The beds were cozy, the bathrooms worked well, and nights were quiet. The staff were friendly throughout and knew me by name. I put them through a lot: a last-minute booking, arriving late, extending my stay, then cancelling a few days early after all, and even forgetting something in my room when I left. They handled each complication smoothly. I also asked for a desk so I could write, and it was already in my room when I got back from errands. Prompt, thorough service. I can only congratulate the team and recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The hardest part of the bed suited me, and the room had just been renovated. It's a nice little hotel in a great part of Cologne, with friendly staff and a pleasant cafe downstairs. There's no lift, which wasn't an issue for me but could be difficult for anyone with mobility problems. I'd recommend staying here, and would happily suggest it to people visiting the city. I had a lovely time with you!

A very convenient hotel, with lots of shops and places to eat close by. My thanks to the wonderful team, especially Giusi, Nora, Stella and Angela.

A charming old-fashioned little hotel in a lively neighborhood. The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to help. I really enjoyed staying here. Just keep in mind they aren't on site around the clock, so arriving after 7 pm or asking for another pillow at midnight isn't an option.
