The location is very central, about a 3-5 minute walk from Cologne Central Station, yet on a quiet side street in the neighborhood. The phone contact was friendly, as was the employee who handed over the key. But the place was old and incredibly dirty. The room photos didn’t match reality at all, either in furnishings or condition. The accommodation was already quite expensive, and given its state, especially the lack of cleanliness, the price felt outrageous. The gap between the online presentation and the actual place comes close to fraud. It seems to be rented only to migrant or temporary workers. They may be less bothered by the bad condition, or may depend on it and have little chance to appeal. I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation at all.
