Apartment Cologne

A great spot, about 15 minutes from the city centre.

I loved the place!

The location right on the Rhine is fantastic, and the price was low, but next time we’d choose somewhere else. Parking was difficult, there’s a pub downstairs, and although the attic studio is set up for four, it really suits two at most. The sloped ceilings take up a lot of usable space, leaving only the two front stove burners practical to use. The rear burners can’t be used because of the slope. Internet was unreliable too. Taking out the key turns off everything, including the electricity and heating.

We were three people and found the apartment clean, nicely furnished, and in a great location. The annoying part was having just one key, which also works as the power switch. If one person wanted to go explore in the evening, either everyone had to leave, or the people staying in had to do without electricity. A second key had to stay in the apartment.
