I don't understand why this is called a hotel. It's a group of rooms spread across three different buildings, and everything felt neglected, dirty, and messy. You pay through Booking, then they make you pay again in cash, leaving you to beg them or Booking for a refund. Getting to the lift with a stroller was impossible because construction materials were in the way.

I was writing this at 3:30 AM because I couldn't sleep. People in the room above were partying and screaming. They didn't sound like hotel guests, more like people in an apartment on the top floor. I've never had such a terrible hotel stay, and there was no one to contact about it. An absolute nightmare. I asked for my money back the next day. Don't stay here. All the bad reviews are true, and the good ones seem to have just been lucky. Update: They promised us a refund but never sent it. I didn't sleep at all that night. You couldn't pay me to stay here again.

It was perfectly fine, clean enough, and the front desk staff were friendly. It's a fairly cheap hotel close to the city center, so you get what you pay for. I don't know why there are so many one-star reviews, unless someone is making a coordinated effort to shut the place down. Don't believe the hype.

We only needed a place for one night, and the price and location were actually pretty good. I might stay again for a single night, but I wouldn't bring my family. We'd read the reviews after booking, and they scared us, but cancellation wasn't possible, so we bought antibacterial wipes and prepared for the worst. We had three single rooms on the ground floor of the annex, around the corner from reception. The rooms were cleaner than we'd expected, the bedding was clean, everything seemed in working order, and I had hot water. Still, the rooms gave the impression of being pieced together with leftover materials from renovation or landfill. The fittings were all different from room to room, apart from the key chains. My bathroom had a huge sink without a plug, the toilet wasn't level, and using it while drunk was a challenge. The bathroom tiles looked like someone had dropped a box and improvised a mosaic. There wasn't a towel, either. The walls were paper thin. I could hear a couple grunting next door while having sex. Since I couldn't sleep, I started grunting along with them. They seemed surprised at first, then carried on, and we ended up with a grunting duet. I didn't try breakfast because I had a weak constitution the morning we left. You generally get what you pay for, and that held true here.
