The staff are nice, and the hotel has a modern feel, though the rooms are a little aged. It’s conveniently located and neither great nor bad, just a decent place to stay if you don’t need extras.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. I liked the river view from the rear of the hotel, while the other side faces the main road. There’s underground and outdoor parking too.

The beds were comfortable, the linens clean, and the breakfast team especially lovely. Some other staff were friendly too. It’s easy to reach the center by public transport, which makes this a decent budget option. But the problems added up. Our room was cleaned despite the Do Not Disturb sign, so I didn’t like not knowing when someone might come in. The air conditioning only pushed hot air around, and the room was blisteringly hot. We also found hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The restaurant was closed even though the website, flyer, and lobby sign all said it would be open. Some staff were curt and unhelpful. It’ll do if you just need a functional room and clean bed. I wouldn’t expect much beyond that.

Good value, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Public transport is close by. I’d stay again.
