After 11 PM, the heating was switched off, even though it had been on when we checked in at 10. It got so cold that staying in the room was impossible. We called to ask what was happening and were told someone would come check the next day. How were we supposed to sleep that night?

We arrived at 10 PM with the heating on, but they turned it off after 11. The room became too cold to stay in. When I called, they said they'd come look tomorrow. What am I meant to do until then? I can't recommend this place.

Breakfast had plenty of options, and the staff were friendly both when we checked in and during the meal. Our clean, bright room had its own adjustable heating, and there was even a toothbrush provided. A minibar was available in the hallway. Just right for two.

The room was really small, and there was no hairdryer or shower gel. It was noisy too.

A cozy place, though the internet was poor and it felt quite expensive.
