The main road is the only real downside, though earplugs cost less than a euro and solve that. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say and would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to cologne. The room had a kitchenette and fridge, a double bed, plus a table and chair. Everything, including the bathroom and shower, was very clean. It's a five minute walk to the train station, with trains to central cologne every 10/15 minutes and a journey of only seven minutes. There's a lild supermarket across the road and plenty of places to eat within 500 metres.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was really clean. It's close to the city center, just 20 minutes by train.

We booked on the same day and missed the information saying check-in was only until 7pm, with a 25 Euros fee afterward. When we arrived at 9pm, the hotel was empty and we couldn't reach anyone by phone or email, even to pay the extra fee. We had to find somewhere else to stay and still pay the FULL PRICE. Absolutely unacceptable service.

The conditions were average, but the lady at reception was very nice and helpful.
