The staff made us feel at ease when a suspicious message asked us for payment details. They replied quickly, explained what was going on and confirmed our reservation was safe. That clear, proactive response really stood out. We were in Cologne for my husband's business trip, promoting his new book, and Legend Hotel turned out to be a great choice. It's right on Heumarkt, lively and very central. Our stylish, spacious room had a private terrace with an amazing view of the square, and the concrete-finished ceiling gave it a modern, luxurious feel. We were welcomed warmly and professionally. Breakfast was delicious and well organised, with self-service toppings, croissants, bread rolls and fresh juices. When I asked for scrambled eggs, they brought a beautifully presented plate with “Good Morning” written in balsamic, such a thoughtful touch. Comfort, style, safety and a terrific location made this a lovely stay. I'd recommend it for a city visit or a business trip.

The suite worked perfectly for our family of two adults and two children. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, especially Arthur. Superb hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it.

It was easy to explore the city from this hotel right in the center. The interior looks stylish, everything was clean, the staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We had a fantastic stay.

The room was spotless, with housekeeping available daily, and it was left spotless each time. They changed the towels daily and provided toiletries, coffee and teabags. The bedding was amazingly comfortable, too. I was wary of boutique hotels, but Legend Hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English, and the hotel is very close to the city centre and market square, literally right next to it. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Cologne.

We loved our three nights here and would book again. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom was great. Service was excellent, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. We parked a few blocks away in one of their recommended garages.
