NH Collection Köln Mediapark

I was traveling alone and had a really pleasant stay. The calm, welcoming atmosphere made me comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room, bathroom, and shared areas were spotless. I’d highly recommend it, especially to solo travelers who care about cleanliness.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but the bar at NH Collection Cologne Media Park really stood out because of Giuseppe. He asked what I felt like drinking, remembered my preferences as the evening went on, and made some of the best cocktails I’ve had in Cologne. You can see how much he cares about his work in the attention he puts into every drink. He has a rare mix of professionalism and personality. He kept conversation easy, looked after everyone around the bar, and never made the service feel rushed or forced. The atmosphere he creates is relaxed, classy, and fun. From the moment I sat down, his warm, effortless manner made it feel like a place to spend the evening, not just grab a quick drink. If you’re staying at the NH Collection Media Park or passing through Cologne, stop by the bar and ask for Giuseppe. You won’t regret it.

I felt safe traveling alone, and the hotel is reasonably priced in a great Cologne location. The rooms and bathrooms look amazing. One curtain started falling apart while I was using it, but the hotel fixed it right away. There’s free gym access around the clock, plus a sauna open from 7am to 11pm. The gym is very small, with just three cardio machines and a pull-up bar. Apart from that, I had a great experience.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Since it was my birthday, they gave me a complimentary room upgrade, a free drink, and breakfast, which made the stay feel really special. I had a very pleasant time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
