Sleepy Cologne

The room was a bit chilly, and turning the controls up didn't make a difference. I also wished the complimentary water had been still instead of mineral. The wifi security was weak and WhatsApp calls wouldn't work. The oven looked ancient, despite looking like a microwave, and there wasn't an actual microwave. Check-in was a hassle: I had to leave the car outside, search around for reception, pick up the keys, then drive into the garage. At least the parking spot was close to the room.

The rooms look even nicer than the photos, which surprised me, and the design is stylish. They were clean and quiet, with comfortable double beds. Getting there and using local transport was easy, and self check-in was quick, so I didn't waste time waiting for a key. The kitchen had what I needed for breakfast or cooking. I'd recommend it and would come back.

I was comfortable the whole time here. It has a nice feel, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are friendly. I'd gladly stay again ❤️❤️❤️

The room itself was okay, but the building is old and dirty, and the neighborhood isn't great. My room was on the same level as the parking deck. Smoke from people outside kept drifting in, and they could look straight into the room, so there was no privacy. The kitchen wasn't properly equipped, and instead of a stove there was only a camping gas burner, which seemed like a fire hazard. There's no reception, just a check-in machine, which I hated. There are definitely better places to stay in Cologne. I wouldn't recommend this one or stay here again.
