We waited about two hours in the lobby because our rooms weren't ready at check-in time. They also didn't provide the crib we'd paid for. The staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in fixing problems, and communication was difficult because they couldn't speak English well enough to communicate effectively with guests. The rooms were dirty, and we even saw bed bugs in the bed. Basic items like paper slippers were missing too. I've stayed in many hotels, and this was easily my worst experience.

The rooms were okay, but there wasn't much to do on a Monday night. The restaurant was closed, and we had to ask for the bar to be opened just to get a drink.

Even before I landed in Germany, a very dedicated staff member helped me with my booking while I was out of town. I was fortunate to deal with such professional, helpful and resourceful people, and my stay turned out really well. I would recommend the hotel and stay again for its location, peaceful setting, scenery and excellent staff service. Special thanks to Jennifer Fiqri and the other front desk team members.

This is a good choice if you're visiting by car, with nice parking and a golf hotel feel. The rooms have good quality and design, and the beds, breakfast and service were all good. I've stayed at hotels with many different concepts, so I don't understand the negative reviews. This was my first day of a six-day stay.

I don't play golf, but the setup still impressed me, and the restaurant was nice too. It was calm and peaceful, and excellent value.
