This is a lovely place to unwind for a few days, with a pleasant atmosphere in a historic building and a garden that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s right in the city but surrounded by greenery. We weren’t bothered by the lack of TV or Wi-Fi at all. Just bring earplugs, since the church is right next door.

I didn’t have time to visit inside, unfortunately. 😔 The listed building was built in 1821 as an “officers’ house” at the entrance to the palace gardens, and a local association looks after it. Visits can be arranged by appointment, and it can also be booked for private events or overnight stays. It’s impeccably maintained and really catches the eye, so I liked the exterior a lot. 👍

We felt right at home in this cozy little house. It was clean throughout, and the decor was really tasteful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The house is beautifully kept and sits right by the church, among the castle gardens.

Every detail looks lovely in this house, which has been restored exceptionally well.
