FreshSuites & Bar

The staff were the highlight for us, such friendly, great people. My family and I loved the hotel. It’s very close to the Dachau concentration camp memorial site, and we were there during Volksfest, so we got to try some good food and get a feel for the culture.

Fresh Suites & Bar staff, thank you, and thank you to Dachau for having us! The town was warm and lovely, and it was easy to get around, with the train station a short walk away. Our apartment room was perfect, very clean, quiet, and private, with nice scenery. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and generous throughout. It suited us well for staying connected to the cities while enjoying some privacy. Germany was new to me, and I managed to visit many cities while based at this one hotel. It was a wonderful trip, and I look forward to returning with the same travel plans.

A very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Special thanks to CARLA, the Brazilian girl, you’re simply the best!!!

The location is very convenient, and the hotel has a modern, businesslike look with a nice concept. Staff, including housekeeping, were nice. When the bread and croissants arrived at breakfast, they were warm. Breakfast was better on other days, though still basic. On the day we ate in the breakfast room, it was chaotic and badly managed: the tables were dirty, the staff seemed overloaded, and bread and all the vegetarian items had run out. When we asked, someone rudely told us to wait. Staff handled food and clean cutlery with the same hands they used to clean tables. Maybe they hadn’t expected so many guests and got overwhelmed, but at 170 euros a night plus parking, that level of chaos was unacceptable. The rooms were large, modern, and sleek, but very basic, with no cupboard or kettle. The bed was fine, but there was a lot of dust, and the air conditioning started vibrating noisily in the middle of the night, making it hard to sleep.
