The room was really nice, and the host was so kind when our car broke down late at night. They helped us find the place and get inside even though it was already very late. The price felt a little high, but given the circumstances, paying a bit extra was probably fair.

I travel a lot for work and have visited more than 20 countries, but I’ve never had a hotel take FIVE days to replace my towels. I was so disappointed. I’d never recommend this old hotel that’s so poorly cared for.

The owners were rude and condescending, and made racist comments about Chinese people. The whole property also had a bad smell, with cheap furniture and appliances and badly done renovations. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The bathroom constantly smelled like raw sewage, and the Wi-Fi barely worked most of the time. The hosts were snobby and disrespectful toward guests. I’d give this place fewer stars if I could.

Loved staying here for the third time. The staff are lovely, and the service and cleanliness are great. Highly recommend.
