We arrived late and used the automated kiosk, which worked fine. Our room was on the top level, had separate sleeping rooms for three people, and was air conditioned, cute, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful, including scrambled eggs and bacon, a nice little taste of home. The staff were very nice and helpful. Excellent hotel, highly recommend!

We loved the food in the attached restaurant, it was delicious. The room was clean, the location worked perfectly for us, and the staff were friendly and professional. The attention to detail was amazing. A wonderful choice for a small family hotel, and I highly recommend it.

The breakfast buffet has lots to choose from and is delicious. The breakfast room feels calm and Zen-like, a lovely way to begin the day. The rooms are always clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and ready to help. I felt very comfortable at Hotel Stadt Heidelberg and will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it.

A nice hotel, though getting around without an elevator is a hassle.

10/10
The breakfast room was lovely, with a full German-style buffet, and check-in was simple at the kiosk. Our room was nicely furnished and had coffee, tea, and a mini fridge, which you don’t usually find in Germany. The bathroom felt modern, and everything was crisp and clean. The hotel has an upscale look despite being in a small town. Free WiFi, and someone was always reachable by phone if we had questions. We were very happy with our stay.
