Flair Hotel Waldkrug

The restaurant is so good that I've brought my family here for Christmas dinner. I keep coming back, and the clean, lovely spa has been great for both baths and all the treatments and massages I've tried. The rooms are modern, and whenever something's gone wrong, they've fixed it. I'm American, and the claim that the hotel doesn't like Americans is a lie. I speak some German, though I'm not great at it, and the staff have never been rude. They'll speak English if I need them to. I have no complaints. It's a wonderful place to relax and eat if you live nearby, and stay if you're coming from farther away.

We spent New Year's here, and what stood out most was how personally the staff looked after the guests. They seemed to know everyone and paid attention to what each person needed. This is a family-run place, and that really adds to its charm. In Delbrück's picturesque little town, the hotel has spacious, well-furnished rooms, excellent food, and a first-rate sauna and wellness area. The pool has water jets too. It's not going to be the cheapest hotel, but you feel very much at home here, and it's among the friendliest and most comfortable places I've stayed.

The food was incredible, easily five stars. The hotel has an elegant, professional feel but still manages to be friendly. Since I don't speak German, I really appreciated how helpful the staff were with ordering and giving directions.

The rooms are decent, and there are nice extras like the spa and pool. Dinner and breakfast were both great.
