We could walk to shops nearby, and the location worked well for our visit to the Bauhaus school, which we cycled to. Some hand soap in the bathroom would've made it 5*.

The locked garage just around the corner was a great place to leave our bikes indoors, and the vending machine had cold drinks, snacks, laundry soap, and toothpaste. The room and pension were clean, and the room was spacious, modern, and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stopped here about halfway through our 2 week trip along the Elberadweg and were delighted to find a washing machine. Being able to do laundry was the highlight for us. We hadn't expected such a good stop, so it was a pleasant surprise.

The place was very clean, including the bathroom, and the price was great. There's no air conditioning, but the windows open all the way and there was a fan in the room, so I was comfortable on a summer night.

Quiet, clean, and really nice, with very nice staff. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.
