We spent two weeks at Wirgarten, and the quiet spot near the historical center of this miniature town made it easy to recommend warmly. The hotel has a medieval feel more than an antique one, and it feels cozy and welcoming. Breakfast is included, the staff are VERY friendly, and there's a huge terrace. There's also a traditional Bavarian restaurant and a secret beer cellar, but I'll say no more about that.

Lovely people, surrounded by nature. With prices under 100€, I'd rate it 8/10.
