We had a great time at this small hotel in the old town. It's in an old building, with nice rooms and a good restaurant.

After checking out a few places for a late dinner, we came here for food. It was the best option, and our server was really friendly.

The room got very warm at night since there was no air conditioning, especially during the extreme heat while we were there. We could park the car in a wonderfully cool garage for a small extra charge, though. The rooms were clean, breakfast was tasty, and the hosts and staff were friendly. The hotel is attached to Hotel Appelberg, where you can get good regional food at reasonable prices. The heat doesn't change our opinion of the place.

We booked a garage as well, and there was enough room to keep the bike rack on the tow hitch. The generous breakfast buffet was another plus. The newly renovated house is on a side street in the heart of the historic old town, and makes a comfortable base for exploring the city.

The owners are warm and welcoming, and breakfast is something I'll never forget: their excellent yogurt from their dairy cows with jam made from raspberries they grow themselves. I definitely recommend it.
